Request a Schedule Change
Hello, Titan students and families!
Current drafts of schedules will be available to view on August 15, 2024, by 8am.
After reviewing your schedule on StudentVUE, if there is an error, please use our schedule change system to submit your request. Due to scheduling restrictions and class sizes, we will not be able to make all requested changes. Students will receive an email with the outcome of their request once it has been processed. Schedules may not be changed to accommodate teacher or class period requests.
First day to request a schedule change is: Monday, August 19, 2024, at 8:00 a.m.
Last day to request a schedule change is: Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
To request a schedule change, students MUST be logged into their student account and complete the following steps:
1. Go to the West Salem High School Website https://west.salkeiz.k12.or.us/
2. Click on Counseling.
3. Click on Schedule Change Requests.
4. Completely fill out the electronic request form with all your requested changes. ***Please do not put in multiple requests***
5. Counselors will review your request upon their return and will begin making changes when possible. This process takes several days to complete and could need additional information from you before making any changes. Please check your email frequently (including junk email) after submission to see if your request has been processed or if more information is required. It is your responsibility to check your email to ensure we responded.
Schedule changes that are emailed directly to your counselor will not be processed; you must submit your requests following the steps listed above.
